LEAPmotion hand gesture controller support added

Good news all you LEAPmotion owning MaoMao Castle fans.
I've added the LEAPmotion controls into the Early Access Windows version of the game.
You just need to press the 'L' key on the title screen to toggle it on or off.
To change the height setting of the tracking, you can use the up and down arrow keys.
So download version 0.5.1 if you want to play with your LEAPmotion in Windows (sorry Mac OSX users).
